About http://www.AthletesArena.com meets the fitness and performance needs of the entire family. Specializing in personal training,sport specific performance training and crossfit. Story Athlete’s Arena’s home in Plex Irmo sure does have it’s perks. The Plex Irmo, housed in a 72,000 square foot space has the only regulation sized ice hockey rink in the state of South Carolina. The rink is home to Gamecock Hockey, Richland/Lexington 5′s high school Fusion team, and the Palmetto Skate Club, a USFS figure skating club. Plex offers numerous opportunities for skate classes as well. In addition to the skating facility, Plex is home to a 60 yard by 27 yard turf field where both children’s and adult soccer, lacrosse and flag football teams play. Athlete’s Arena is excited to be working with such a great facility, dedicated to it’s community. Athlete’s Arenas facilities include a 5,000 square foot weight room fully loaded with top notch Sorinex equipment. We will also offer CrossFit programs.
