IASTM: Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is performed with ergonomically designed instruments that detect and treat facial restrictions, chronic inflammation, or degeneration in the muscle or tissue. The instruments effectively break down restrictions and scar tissue adhesion that may have developed as a result of surgery, immobilization, or repeated injury allowing full functional restoration to occur. The technique is non invasive and uses continuous pressure which evolved from a traditional Chinese medicine treatment called Gua Sha which moved bad chi out through the skin. lSVT BIG: LSVT BIG is an intensive whole body amplitude based training protocol for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and cerebral palsy.
