A great place to escape and refresh! My wife and I have been here on back to back date nights. The game library gain access for $5 per person is well over a hundred games. The menu has some great choices for a quick bite pizza, burger, or quesadilla while you play. We have played about 10 different games now and enjoy exploring different selections! Great date night spot and wonderful place to unplug and connect over a game! Looking forward to returning soon!
I love this shop! Mike, the owner, really takes care of his customers, and is really nice to chat with to boot. I started playing Star Wars: Legion back in Spring. I wanted to buy a Clone Wars Core Set, but the only one he had was a return because one of the clones had two left feet No, I'm sure he could dance just fine . When I told him I was mainly interested in playing droids anyway, he offered to sell me the box for a hefty discount. More recently, he's also hooked me up with extra flight stands for the 501st Battle Force Box since AMG didn't include enough. Just wanted to shout him out! The store carries most of the mainstream TCGs, including Magic and Pokemon, as well as lots of different tabletop and board games, with something almost always going on in the evenings during the week. Most of the major paint brands are here too, minus Vallejo for the most part. But I heard rumblings that there may be an entire rack coming by the end of the year. There's even a library of board games you and your friends can play while you enjoy a drink and some food from the kitchen. The staff are super friendly and down-to-earth as well. I always make an effort to stop here first if I need something Legion-related. I highly encourage you to do so as well; you won't be disappointed!
I have been coming here for a while and started coming here to play Magic the Gathering. The store overall is wonderful. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and wonderful people to play with. There is a lot of variety when it comes to board games and trading cards
I went to pick up a copy of Root but they were out! Very small selection of games but plenty of space to play games. The pictures I posted are the selection of in house games to play. 5 dollars and you can play any of these games with your kids ! Very good deal. Nice staff. Will be going back with my boys for some board game nights. Edit: Would give a 5 star for a more robust inventory. I'm really comparing it to Game HQ which has a phenomenal inventory and larger store/play area. I know it's difficult for game stores in general to survive so will still support Unplugged when I can!
Lots of games to play, excellent food, paints, miniatures, MTG cards, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a d great hours make this a standout place to play.
Nice concept when you're in the mood to spend some time away from the tv, the tablet or the mobile. They have a board game library, an array of sodas, snacks, beers and wine. A good place for lunch if you want something quiet and reasonably priced or if you need a quiet place to study during the day. It's a popular place for D & D on Wednesday evenings. It's a good place for first dates and family nights. Friday's, they have an organized D & D game for teens and older kids. I highly recommend.
This is just an amazing place to go, whether you are with friends or alone. Also, you can shop for anything from D&D miniatures to dice to MTG cards. It has a very friendly environment and amazing employees. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time.
This place is amazing! I didn’t even know it existed before a friend mentioned it, but now I’ll definitely take the to drive to Edmond for my future gaming needs! If you like boardgames you can buy a play pass and play and of the games on the white shelves. If you are into Warhammer, they have that. Magic the Gathering? Yes. Of course I have to mention: they serve wine and beer!!!! In Oklahoma you might be hard pressed to find a game shop with such a selection of drinks, but Edmond Unplugged probably has something you like! Finally, the atmosphere. Seems like a very chill place to hang out with some friends. All in all I highly recommend it for your next gaming outing.
I really have a great time when I go! Lots of different games to play and enjoy. Board games, card games, tabletop mini's and food/drinks for adults and kids. The owner is very knowledgeable and is a great help if you're unsure what game is best for you.
Always extremely rude. All I’ve ever done is ask basic questions to this store and they have been super sketch. Very snobby I’m better than you energy. Every store vintage stock, game HQ, hell even DC comics etc any store that buys cards, games etc tells you a basic percentage they will give you. Its how that business industry works. I have been a nerd for 20 plus years and this is why even though I live in Edmond I don’t go here. I’m sure he will have something to say as a response Update: ah yes I have dated narcissistic men with bruised egos in the past. Your gaslighting story of how the convo went down sounds about right. Like I said before
