Been going here about once a month for over 5 years and never had a problem. I just buy the basic wash, nothing fancy. I'm running my brand new car through it now, no scratches etc. The 'brushless' signage is old and honestly should be taken down. But the guys running the wash always are polite, respectful. Never purchased gas here so can't comment about that part of the business.

What led to this review was the employees laughing in my face at the damage they gave my vehicle. First Off They Destroyed my paint job on my hood and also demolished my front License plate cover shattering it into pieces. The manager denied all damage incurred. The License plate was obvious it was from the wash (Came in flawless, left shattered and unusable) he tried to say the knicks were already there and were from rocks however rock chips I had would have shown rusted spots while the new damage had newpaint peeling off and the base metal was shown on multiple spots where rocks chips are far from existent (This wasn't from rocks, it was from the attendants pressure washer being too close when spraying the vehicle down pre-wash) When this was noticed within a couple hours of receiving the wash and looking over the car at home I returned to the business immediately . I would have been fine having my license plate cover replaced as the knicks/peels can be repaired with touch up paint however what really got on my nerves was when confronting the Car wash manager and receiving a free wash coupon as reimbursement for damage (which is asinine given that the first wash destroyed my car) the Car wash attendants who did the pressure washing were snickering and laughing at the damage they caused to my vehicle which led to this review.  Horrible Employees, Horrible Customer Service, The complete opposite of a brushless wash. If you value your car stay far away from this place. I'm still considering filing a Small Claims Suit. Businesses like this shouldn't be allowed to operate, they're destroying valuable assets.
