We have had Edson's do three different projects for us.  They are prompt, they keep their word and we love the Minkota windows.  We are pleased with the workmanship of the windows and the installation.  Will hire them again.

I moved into my house in November of 2013 and the front windows had been installed by Edson's. I didn't use them until the following summer, but I noticed that once I opened them, I couldn't get them closed. When they were installed, they weren't aligned properly. At the time, I didn't know the name of the company, so I called in another person to look at them and he stated that it would be quite costly to fix, but since the windows were new, they should be covered by warranty and whoever installed them should be willing to come in and fix the installation without charge. 
Since I hadn't been the owner when they were installed, I had to do some detective work to find out who the installers were and where to get my warranty information. I found out that it was Edson's and
called the company, but only got an answering machine. I left a message and waited for a week, but didn't get a call back. I called again after a week, at a different time of day, and got the answering machine again and left another message. I am planning on continuing to call until I reach someone.
I am hoping that someone will come in to fix them, because it is very frustrating to not be able to open and close new windows in my house because they were put in incorrectly.
