Great experience!!
My husband and I are UC Merced students and we wanted to apply for an auto loan. Although there was a mistake at first and they said that they can not open any account for us nor giving any kind of loan, the next business day I received a call from the assistant branch manager (Jayme), she apologized and wanted to make it up to us. She was very helpful and explained all the options and she was willing to call the dealership herself and make everything right. Things are not finalized yet and we are waiting for the dealership to send some documents but I hope everything goes well and we can get the loan with a low rate from EECU.
By the way, the girl helping us the first day (Michell) was nice and helpful.

Overall OKAY bank. Customer service and people skills are always great. The things the employees cannot control however are what ruin the banking experience here for me. The website and app never update immidiatleh at least for me, which have cause overdrafts and have lead to overdraft fees because of the statement showing a balance higher than what is really there. Also, the HOURS. The business hours of this bank are HORRENDOUS. they are open 8 hours a day. Oh and on Friday. You get an amazing one more hour to hopefully make it before they close at 6. Don't even plan on visiting this bank on the weekends because they'll be closed both Saturday and Sunday. Also, if you plan on calling the bank. You won't and can't. You'll end up speaking w HQ or some department which handle all questions. So you can't even speak w someone who helped you out previously.
