Though I was initially pleased with this bank after I switched from Wells Fargo; the annoyances are adding up. Not many branches with limited hours. 3 day holding window for checks. Long lines. Was promised a 2.5 percent interest for vehicle refinance but it turned into 4.5 only after a credit check was run. App and website frequently lock me out. The summer pay feature is nice, but I'm thinking of switching banks again, but maybe all banks are actually terrible?

(Rockville location) horrible !!! run for the hills. They refused to fix unauthorized charge because it was over 60 days old! Needless to say they took me to collections because this led to my account being withdrawn by $400 .
This dropped my credit by 70 points! "Over the phone customer service" reps at the main office are ghetto, dismissive and literally speak to you like a dog . Go to WellsFargo , Bank Of America and the like and you will be treated with respect, world class customer service and your $$ will be safe.

Beside the app not working; this bank so far as attended me with good service so far. I have not been charge with everything. I give it at least 4 stars.
