Yeah, the idea of no tellers and that you can only get you bills back in certain denomination is reason enough for me not to return. 

They think this is the best set up and that people love it. It normally takes less time with a real teller. Wait until you have the wonderful experience of the machine handing out the wrong amount of cash. This is a great idea, but horrible execution on the part of Educators! 

The branch in Sturtevant is the same way. If this is the wave of the future I may just keep my money under my mattress!

I have been with Educators Credit Union for a long time but this branch does not have any tellers staffed here. Only Interactive Teller Machines(ITM).
