Ed and Nick are the best, they really saved me and got me out of a bad jam. I lost the keys to my car and for the life of me could not find them, I was desperate as the car was parked in a meter area and I didn't want it to get booted and towed. I called them on a Saturday Morning, it was pouring down with rain, and they came all the way down to Downtown Albany from Clifton Park to make a new key for my car and program a new fob. They arrived quickly, worked swiftly and professionally, and were a pleasure to do business with. Very friendly, honest guys who's family has been in the business for several generations. Their rates are reasonable and they even gave me a discount! Highly recommend them to anyone who's in trouble with a lock or a key!

I had a copy of my keys made a couple days ago, and Nick and Edward were wonderful! They are wonderful with customer service! It was very fast and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone :)

These guys are great. They've got anything you need related to locks, safes, vaults and such and generations of experience. Total customer satisfaction is actually a priority with them according to my experience. They get it!
