BE AWARE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Staff does not know how to take care of young children. The doctor ordered labs and a chest x ray that, after speaking with our primary care physician, was not needed whatsoever. Come to find out a month later that those un needed tests are now costing us hundreds of dollars, all for nothing! Not to mention we had to put our 6 month daughter through a miserable chest x ray that had her screaming while being confined in a plastic box. I do not recommend this place and hope that this keeps others from making the same mistake our family did.

I was sent for physical therapy after neck surgery.  The women at the desk are so welcoming and awesome.  My physical therapist (Jerome) was knowledgeable, thorough, and I try to push through with assistance from these great people- getting better every day..

Went in with a broken toe. I knew it was broken just wanted to make sure it wasn't infected.  Got the bill and they charged me for surgery. 2500.00 to be told my toe is not infected.  I wiill never go back. Sending my insurance company after them.

I echo what many others have said about this facility: deceptive billing practices. 1100 dollars for a 15 minute urgent care visit? I called my insurance, and they informed me that Edward Elmhurst Immediate Care does not bill as an immediate care despite them saying they do. They bill your visit as an outpatient hospital visit. Further proof that the medical proiders in our country are just as much to blame as anyone for the  outrageous healthcare costs in this country. Let's stop giving them a pass and demand some pricing transparency.
