It's sad that I go to urgent care to be prescribed Sudafed for my flu symptoms and be treated like a drug seeker and on top of that it was not covered with my insurance $20 and I had to wait 30 minutes due to them not calling it in with the Tamiflu.  I am sick on top of my chronic disease thanks alot Dr. Thierry Dubois what genetic care you are giving out in addition to wasting my time and money.  Who goes to the doctor for over the counter perscriptions and then I call and receive zero help as well.

I've been to many immediate care clinics over the course of years in various suburbs. Unlike most, this one shines for the following reasons:

Pros:
- Evaluated and diagnosed by a MD. The majority of walk in clinics typically have PA's (physician assistants) which are not as trained as MDs/DOs.
- Very courteous and professional. All staff, from front desk, to nurse to Doctor were very pleasant and professional. 
- Absolutely no wait time. Probably my luck and time of day (went on a Sat 3p), but I literally was called in as I was signing my acknowledgement for treatment form.
- Brand new office! Health care is always made more comfortable with nice ambiance and office. If you've ever been to Edward hospital (recently renovated wings), this clinic mirrors the main hospital in setup.
- Edward hospital clinic - not some random generic facility. So you're cared for by the best.
- Diagnosis and care form. They give you a nice print out with everything you need to know in case you missed what the doctor or nurse were saying

Cons:
- None that I can think of! Just hoping I feel better soon.
