I love this gym! It's clean and busy - but you can always get a machine. The pool and steam room are nice, too. I've taken swimming lessons here, and the teacher was excellent at helping adults swim with better form. Spin classes and yoga classes are also good. The clientele is older, so it's more a place to workout, not a place to flirt and show off. I feel very comfortable here.

Plenty of good equipment, pool, and many other amenities.
