John and his office staff are everything you would want from an advisor.  After assessing my situation, he actually told me I need to save more money before investing with him right now.  How many people do you know that will turn away your business because it's what is best for you?  I did however refer my dad to him and everything has been satisfactory.  We love Laurie too, she's great!  Thanks John and Laurie!
