I called to set an appointment.  3 calls later on my end they tell me that "He tried calling last night" yet, no caller ID showed this supposed call. I asked to be sure they had the right number, which they did.  Can't trust this lawyer is he lied about returning a call.

Rosemarie Joyal is the most competent attorney I've ever worked with.  Strategic, professional, and willing to go above and beyond in order to protect her client(s).  She is level-headed, objective; an attorney who actually explores all avenues and options.  Upfront and honest.

Best In my eyes and Best in my children's eyes.  The Joyal Law Firm has gone Above and Beyond for me and my children.  Ms Garcia is my Attorney and Mr Joyal too. I am a father of 3 of the best Texas children on this earth.  Ms Garcia and Mr Joyal have now made it so I have more time with my kids, and pay the correct amount (not a gross inflation my ex wanted) each month. I will always recommend this Firm.  Mr Joyal, Ms Garcia, Loretta, and Pam you are all considered family to me.  
As for the other reviews the only thing I can possibly make out of your slander twards Mr Joyal and all the others. The 3 reviewers Must have wanted him or his Firm to compromise the Firms Integrity, or put them and Mr Joyal, or Ms Garcia in a bad spot.

OMG. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They suck you in with the all Holy Promise that they will win your case and like the previous complainant, they have you do most of the work and bill you for it! I was double billed and complained and nothing. Nothing. I can't even get a divorce after 20K. WHAT??? Why would they do that to people? Well all I can say is I'm going to the Texas State Bar for help. These people are gold diggers and don't care about anyone but themselves and their paralegals and attorneys who work in the office are a joke. They are a joke! Stay clear of this crook!

Contacted Mr. Joyal law firm regarding a real estate matter.  Receptionists referred me to Mr. Joyal who called me latter in the day.  Mr. Joyal stated he would look into it and get back with me.  Mr. Joyal never got back with me, i.e. MAKE AND KEEP COMMITTMENTS!
