Typical lawyer nothing special here, there's a million other just like this one. All he cares about is his money just like so many others.

I enlisted Mr. Manning's services after I was wrongfully terminated by my previous employer and the TWC officer ruled against my unemployment claim. Mr. Manning was quick to respond to my request via email and called me at my convenience as I had just started working at my new job. He was very flexible with his schedule by accommodating my time constraints and he didn't charge for consultation! He helped me to understand the officer's ruling, pointing out weak points in my previous employer's arguments against me and using past precedents to strengthen my appeal. He typed up a timeline and summary of facts and reviewed it with me on several occasions so I felt comfortable for the appeal hearing. Overall, his expertise helped me feel prepared. I approached the hearing from a very factual point of view, which I believe helped the hearing officer have a clearer picture of my situation and how wrongly the TWC officer ruled against me. If you're looking for an unemployment lawyer, don't hesitate to give Mr. Manning a call!
