Once a hero, Always a hero!!! :) Edward Palermo is the best lawyer and person in our world :) When life is rough and things seem hopeless, Edward Palermo is my Hero who makes everything possible and okay again. He is the sunshine on the cloudiest day. I am being falsely accused again and have been up crying all of last night. I came home and text Ed and again my Hero gave me the motivation, empathy, and his always kind words to get me through it again. Knowing Edward Palermo is going to be my lawyer again, makes EVERYTHING OK :) I KNOW FOR SURE I WILL BE OK :) Ed is the most sympathetic caring lawyer who TRULY DOES CARE for his clients. Several years ago, I needed legal help and didn't know where to turn. After looking up tons of reviews online, I came across Ed Palermo. He spent a great deal of time listening to my situation and answering my questions. He is really the most compassionate lawyer you will find anywhere -- he treats his clients like they're family, and takes the time to explain things. Ed was so understanding, patient, and human. I was 23 when I walked into his office, and never once did he make me feel like I was less important than any other client. He will never make you feel like a transaction or a nuisance. He values his clients, their business, and most importantly -- a positive outcome for them. If I hadn't made that phone call to Ed, I don't know where I would be right now. If you're reading this -- call him -- you will be happy you did.

Ed is a really good attorney and a good man. When I first met him at his office he put me at ease with his calm manner. My dui case, while not too serious, was complicated for many reasons. I ended up winning my refusal hearing (that's rare). Then the DA refused to plea, so I was ready to go to trial. But Ed ended up successfully getting the case dismissed and the judge had it all sealed like nothing ever happened. Even the court clerk was impressed telling me "you should thank your lawyer this almost never happens". Because my case was complicated with pre trial motions the fee was higher than normal vs a standard case that gets plead down. But I was really impressed with how reasonable the fee was and how even though my case dragged on and on, Ed did not keeping tacking on lawyer fees. I'm glad I chose Ed to represent me. I would highly reccomend considering Ed to represent you.

For anyone who is looking to retain a criminal defense attorney, please take a moment and read my story. I was charged in 2014 with a difficult, unusual misdemeanor crime. Over a 3-year period, I hired 3 different lawyers to try to bring my case to a successful conclusion. These 3 lawyers could not help, and the ADA pushed my case to trial. I did not have a criminal record, and the fear of going to trial with the possibility of losing was terrifying. The fourth attorney I hired was Edward Palermo. Ed proved to be an exceptional and highly skilled criminal defense attorney. I say this because I sat through not one, but two criminal trials after the first trial ended in a mistrial. At the end of my second trial, I was found not guilty. Ed’s strategy and perseverance were extraordinary. I could never have won in the end if it wasn’t for Ed Palermo representing me. He went to extreme lengths to prepare the evidence, to answer my questions, texts, phone calls, and to handle every last detail with my case. He was available and very compassionate throughout this entire ordeal. I have never seen a lawyer work like him. I firmly believe that there is no other criminal defense attorney in either Nassau or Suffolk Counties that can perform in a courtroom like Ed Palermo does. Ed is trustworthy and will always have your best interests in mind. If you ever find yourself in a situation like I was, please call Edward Palermo to represent you.
