Great Company and People! Everyone at the main office is super friendly and accommodating. Truly a fun bunch of people! And no....I do not work for them but this is the kind of company I would be proud to work for and would enjoy going to work everyday. Keep up the great work everyone! 😊

I am very disappointed in this group's way of handling residents who move out. I was very happy to finally get approved for a mortgage. After giving my notice and moving out, I am still struggling (over 8 months later) to get my security deposit back. I have been working with Jennifer from the corporate office to no avail. She is unresponsive via phone, email, or mail, but is quick to send out letters claiming that I owe this company money. With a 2 year old grandchild battling leukemia and a recent change in finances after my home was destroyed by the hurricane in texas, I simply do not have the time and energy to sue this company. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to call them out and make potential renters aware of the security deposit scam.

I recently moved in to Windsor Place apartments in Davison. Let me say the area is beautiful and the apartments are very nice and affordable, it's in a very convenient location. From first contact the staff has been very rude, the leasing agent i was working with was a newer leasing agent I could tell, she was also accompanied by another leasing agent whom I am assuming was to train the newer girl. of the jump I liked the new girls attitude, she was very positive, confident, happy, and just sent off a really nice positive vibe. The women who was accompanying her not so much, the first model they showed me I had several questions about the apartment, I was made feel like a terrible person for asking those questions, to say the least. Furthermore I have been living there for a few weeks now and in the second week I received a phone call about an unauthorized pet in the apartment which there was, a registered service dog, she let me know that I would have $150 added to my account. No big deal, the dog wasn't suppose to be there my fault, I am guilty i have no problem paying where I am guilty, I then moved the animal to a friends house, and the animal has not been back since. The week after i received another phone call about an unauthorized pet, at this point I explained to the manager that the dog had not been there, at all. keep in mind this is a registered service animal, very highly trained and very well mannered. The manager further explained that she had been receiving complaints about the dog making loud thumping noises in the hall. I asked her how that would be possible just for the simple fact that the dog has not been there. Also keep in mind that it would be pretty hard for someone to hear thumping noises for a 45 pound dog on a 2ft leash... she then told me on the phone that she would contact me back later in the day. she did not contact me back, my original leasing agent then called me back and asked to set up a meeting in person, I kind of thought it was a bit unreasonable, so I didn't agree with the meeting at first, I said I would like to speak with the manager again, trying to avoid the meeting and fix the problem on the spot, before setting up a meeting where I miss valuable time at work. My leasing agent then called me again right before the end of office hours and said her manager had been in meetings all day and to show up for the mandatory meeting the following day. I want to add that the way i was approached and spoken too was very disrespectful and uncalled for. Which is what I'm most upset about, it's very degrading to the community. I then show up for the meeting set for the following morning. The meeting was with the property manager and my leasing agent and to cut the story short I was told my service dog wasn't aloud on the property at all until the proper paperwork was filled out, once again I'm a fair guy, no problem. I then apologized to the manager for the problem and asked if we could have a professional relationship from here on out. Today my leasing agent called me and asked if i had the papers for my dog yet, I explained to her that i wasn't sure if I was going to move him into the apartment and that I would get back to her the first of the week and let her know, she then calls me back 20 minutes later saying i have until Monday to turn the papers in and told me not forget about the $150 fine on my account in a very sarcastic type of voice. I'm very unhappy with the staff, threatening eviction to a resident isn't going to solve a problem, being rude isn't going to solve a problem. I hope the next 11 months are much more smooth that the first one, and I hope for a better relationship with staff in the future.

I live at northport in macomb and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is rude, they don't care about their tenants they just care about themselves. I don't think I've ever seen the staff crack a smile. I unfortunately get picked on by the front desk staff and management for things that are not my fault. I've tried talking to management, and they are equally as rude and unhelpful. I truly don't understand how this place is being ran with how unknowledgeable and unprofessional the staff is. I feel like I'm wasting money, I feel disrespected, and I feel uncared for. I truly can not wait to leave. I'm miserable.

Do not rent from this company. They don't care about the renters. All they care about is money. Also they say pet friendly but there not. ZERO STARS!
