I have never had such a rude person to talk to on the phone with this docs office. Maybe they replaced all the nice receptionists. Usually when a customer is asking questions they don't know you don't get rude answers back. Idk but I definitely am switching care providers because of this. Do not need to deal with rude people when trying to get a breast pump ready for birth.
