My sisters recommended this fabulous establishment. The food was delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive! The atmosphere was magical! Don’t take my word for it, come see for yourself firsthand. I ordered the New Yorker omelette. It was absolutely scrumptious! The hollandaise sauce was to die for! I believe I just found my new “go-to” breakfast spot here in Rehoboth.
The food was awesome. Best Benedict sauce I have ever had. Like many comments service was a bit dicey. We were seated and then eventually waitress came and then we didn’t see her again. It was ok because any waitress there was willing to help. Friendly people beautiful atmosphere I will return and return. Here is picture of inside for anyone who says it’s not nice. Clear coffee cups add a great touch
We usually go to The Pointe when we visit Dewey/Rehoboth Beach but we wanted something different and filling. We found it at Eggcellent! Huge portions at reasonable prices and ALLLLLL of it was delicious! You know the food is good when you do your happy dance at the table and start humming! The hubby saw me do both! Fluffy omelets, amazing French Toast, and Huge hot chocolates! I couldn't finish it all and it was even better the next day! Definitely going back when we visit in the summer!
We usually go here or the Lewes location for breakfast but today we tried out their lunch. Classic Club with breakfast potatoes I’m a sucker for good breakfast potatoes Chicken quesadillas with fries and some onions rings. All very tasty. Very friendly staff. Large portions. Best part is you can order off either the breakfast or lunch menu all morning and afternoon.
Friendly and quick service! Our server was Remy and he was very attentive when it came to refilling our coffee and checking on us. My husband loved his burger/fries and I enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. We came on a Thursday morning and it was not busy at all. They did just open up 3 weeks ago so be patient with them if it does get busy! I thought the decor was very cute and different. We will definitely be returning next summer!
I recently visited Eggcellent, a family owned restaurant at their Rehoboth Beach location, and totally loved it! Although the place had recently opened up, it was running smoothly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The owner, Elina, was always visible checking in on guests and helping the staff. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The place looked very clean; their restroom even had Poo pourri! I had a very berry french toast for breakfast, and my picky 5 year old ordered chicken nuggets. She ended up eating my French toast because she loved it so much! The portion was big enough to share though. The menu had lots of healthy options. We loved it so much that we came back for lunch the very next day! They were also conveniently located on the main highway on the way to the beach. Lots of free parking available. I was also impressed that our server had a little Ipad looking device that sent our order directly into the kitchen! Very convenient and such a time saver! I haven’t seen anything like this in Philly area where we live. I saw on their IG that they have a liquor license now! Anyway, stop by and check it out yourself if you haven’t done so yet! Will definitely go back!
The Summer Berry French Toast was Eggcellent! Prefer Hughes Scrapple, it's simply second to none. Not a big fan of Starbucks. The coffee had some of those unfortunate traits. Everyone else at our table was very pleased.Food: 4/5
Our family has enjoyed three breakfasts here so far. The food has been delicious. My one suggestion would be to offer a smaller portion of French toast/pancakes with an option of adding an egg.Food: 5/5
Strong coffee , beautiful and unique menue. Service and atmosphere missing something... it was a birthday breakfast, probably won't go back... I'm a local, and to much to return do to locations... traffic is not worth it.
Best breakfast we’ve had! My husband had the French toast and loved the granola on it. I had the spinach and feta omelet with potatoes on the side. They use fresh and quality ingredients. It wasn’t overcrowded when we went, had quick service and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
