First .. the aisles in clothing sales are too close together (which makes it difficult to get through).  I do wish they would have a better variety of taller women sizes 
What is important here is that the store is a benefit for Military Families 
I tend to pay attention to their weekly ads, and plan my purchases in advance.
They do have good active wear options.

Prices are high. Many product lines are high cost items. Prefer durable lower cost items in clothes. Many times better deals in electronics are available off base.

Fun place to go shopping or just to walk around. A lot of very nice and helpful people.

Terrible customer service and highly unprofessional. A cashier recently glared at me, made a face, and then loudly bad-mouthed me to another customer as I was walking away after I told her I was going to another checkout since she had to help another customer who had triggered the store alarm. She had to deal with that, so I told her I’d just go to the next lane. I was trying to be helpful. There was nothing I did to warrant such a reaction. I’ve witnessed employees become agitated if anyone dared to interrupt their personal conversations. Also, in the furniture/toy area, there have been a few instances where there was no cashier in sight at the register. This is so different from the other bases I’ve lived. I’ve only been here for a short time and this has all happened in a 2-week period, so the excuse that this probably only happens on rare occasions is improbable.

Definitely need another restroom. Big food court and nothing but a restroom in terrible shape. Smells like sewer gasses in there. Starbucks is good. Was better with Anthony's pizza and Baskin but prices were too high
