Ken Sr. & Ken Jr. are the very best for heating & cooling needs. Their knowledge & experience are evident in both routine & emergency service calls. They always return calls promptly  & have a keen sense of prioritization. Their customer service skills are top notch.  They're  very personable, yet professional - a great team!. They take as much time as I need to explain, in a way i can easily understand, what is going on. In addition, pricing is fair & honest! I recommend them for all heating & cooling needs. I have used Eich's for over 20 years and they have continuously provided good response time, service and fair prices while being professional and easy to work with. Costs are provided upfront along with detailed explanations for work done and future maintenance. From furnace and AC replacement to routine maintenance checks, they have never disappointed.

We have used Eich's for the past few years, starting with the need for a new AC & furnace and duct cleaning.  Ken and his son were exceptional with the quality of work and the costs were very reasonable.  But wanted to give a special shout out as I reached out today to see if they can assist a longtime friend with his furnace.  My friend is struggling with health issues and his heat has been out for several weeks.  But Ken and his son came out within a couple of hours of me reaching out and fixed the issue.  And again, I know other contractors could have easily charged double, so we are grateful for the quick help and compassion shown.

We have had Eichs heating and cooling for the past 32 years. Their prices are fair work is excellent and on time. We have always been grateful for their professional service.

Eich’s came into my office/warehouse the day after calling,which was great because their was no waiting. Very professional father-son team that really took their time with work and making sure I understood exactly what was going on. Not to mention pricing that you can’t beat! I would recommend Eich’s to anyone.
