Got here at 12pm they had a total of 2 bagels in the entire store. 1 raisin and 1 blueberry. They where out of hashbrowns and said that they do not do meal combos at this location. The employees said it was normal for them to be out of stock. I bought a protein shake that I drink frequently but found that it was rancid. I'm really disappointed as Einstein is normally my favorite place and I made a special trip to treat myself at this location
I am Giving this company Einstein bagels a 5 because are bagels and everything that they carry our excellent. This has nothing to do with this location and I have not been to this store but I am sorry to hear what is going on at this location because, I was going to try it out. but I'm sure that the company will resolve ARE concerns at this location with our Google ratings!!!
Your hours on Google are different than the hours posted on your door. Arrived on a Sunday at 12:15 with your Google hours saying “open now. Closes at 2:00,” but when I got there, the open sign was on, but the restaurant was closed with totally different hours than on Google. If you’re going to post your hours on different platforms, make sure they all say the same thing. Thank you.
Horrible. The service here was the worst I’ve ever seen. The bagels were burnt they couldn’t cut bagels and they couldn’t spread cream cheese. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant if you want bagels go to bagel king. They might not have the best customer service but at least they have good bagels and they have better seating
Only two college students working there and they werent really feeling the whole job. Not too happy and they didnt have much of a selection as if they hadnt made any more bagels or anything.
Arrive at store at 08:05 a.m. on a Friday, doors locked. Entire staff pays no attention that a customer is trying to come in to make a purchase. Turns their backs to me to laugh among themselves.
Grabbed a quick breakfast bagel and coffee, it's was surprisingly good. Maybe I could eat breakfast out more!
It say they close at 3 and now 2.05 closed and this is the second time that happens. No more
That guy, what's name? Oh yeah, Collin. Collin got sand in the potato salad!
