I ordered a bagel with bacon egg and cream cheese, I tell them that the last 2 times I ordered this when I got home there was no cream cheese. They apologized and said I will make sure your Arden is correct. I get home no cream cheese!! I go back and show them and the give me cram cheese and a knife to put it on myself.. poor service !!! Do not recommend!!!
Unfortunately one bad apple spoils the whole bunch ! Smile and be polite are basic one would think ? Not one customer comes to your establishment to visit your cashier, and most will not return because of how she talks to people. Your sugar was empty and coffee was cold as your order takers attitude.
Used to be a great location, but it has fallen off a cliff in terms of quality. Super disorganized, slow, and dirty now unfortunately
I have a habit of reading the reviews for fun on different places and I’m so sorry about some of these reviews! I work at a Jeremiah’s Italian ice so a lot of the “complaints” from some reviews are things I hear A LOT. Anytime I have gone to this location I have enjoyed my food and the staff was great. Working as a server is hard, trust me I know! You have people talking down to you and getting on you about things you don’t have the power to control, it can get frustrating. I appreciate your hard work and I look forward to eating there again!
Definitely the dirtiest Eisenstein bagels I’ve ever been and the staff is completely unaware of their surroundings. They are so LOUD! My mom is disabled and while we were there in a practically empty restaurant, they were yell talking about everything under the sun to where we could barely speak to each other. Some kids from the local school came in and after they left we could loudly here what the manager/employees thought about the kids and what they were wearing. The food is sub par to anything I’ve had in the past. It looked like a sandwich from 7-11. We specifically ordered the only thing with spinach on it to only find none was ever put on the sandwich. The bathroom toilet is badly broken and can’t flush , the seat comes off and extremely dirty. Yuck. Not coming back.
Good food and prices. Clean. Previously they were horribly slow and rude. In the last month they have really turned things around. Polite, quick service. Not sure what happened 11/22 but service is slipping, dirty cups left on tables, supplies left all over the counter…. Still quick but wow- looks like the hurricane was inside the store.
The best fresh made bagels and breakfast sandwiches around! Came from out of state and had never had them. They’re so good! Service could be better but overall, good fresh meal.
The worst Einstein bagel we’ve ever been to. How does it take 17 minutes to make 3 bagels? There was 1 person in line in front of us. At least it tasted good, but will go to other Einsteins from now on if I can.
Awesome experience I recommend this to everyone!!
Delicious breakfast sandwiches and I love the vanilla hazelnut brew... and of course the bagels as well as their different types of cream cheese. The customer service is also excellent! One lady saw me struggle a bit to get my order to the car while carrying my baby and stopped what she was doing to help me.
