I love my bagels and my ice coffee, no matter where I’m traveling so I’m very picky where I go and reviews help me! Hopefully this helps someone else, the bagels and breakfast were delicious. Customer service was outstanding and it was busy so it took a bit but still would visit again.Food: 5/5

Easily the best tasting bagels I’ve ever eaten. You can taste how fresh they are. Add in some egg and bacon, etc and you get an amazing breakfast. I especially liked the Texas brisket bagel. The coffee is also excellent. I live overseas so finding a good cup of coffee in the USA is not easy for me. This place definitely hit it on the head. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll eat every breakfast here until I leave Atlanta.

I think either the manager or the GM took our order, but it was so nice to receive such great service. We ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were delicious. The coffee was good, didn’t leave a weird taste in my mouth. I would recommend to family and friends. Will go back sometime soon. They also have free parking in the back lot.

I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese through a delivery app. Both bagels were beyond burnt and it looked like they used a tub of cream cheese for each one as they were severely over-spread. When I called the location, I was immediately hung up on twice before I could even get two words. Unless you are planning to buy untoasted bagels that are not prepared in any way and are willing to deal with extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend.

The manager is DISGUSTING. We heard the N word come out of his mouth more than once. We could hear him cursing from the back. He had his employee working all alone taking orders and making them, she even remade my order. Very disgusted by this supervisor. Honestly was acting like he may have been on some hard drugs.Food: 3/5

Never missed. I had the egg and cheese brisket. Now I will say it only comes with 2 oz of brisket which is actually not enough to even cover the whole bagel. But my girl who took care of me gave me an extra Oz, per it was my first time having it. You would think for it to be almost $10 breakfast sandwich no drink of course that you would get enough meat to cover the whole bagel   . Definitely was tasty but too expensive for me.  Parking: I love that the parking at that location is not costly and weird.

If you order online, there is no option for back up bagels. They can't get the cream cheese right. They don't even indicate on the bag that a substitute was made.. and the cc was wrong. Attitude when asks for this to be corrected. Good bagel, if you even get what you ordered.Food: 3/5

Great spot for breakfast sandwiches! I love the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, make sure to get the 6 cheese bread!

Food is good and service is quick despite being super crowded. Bagels taste amazing ! Lemonade is fresh tooFood: 5/5

Slowest Einstein bagels possible, most likely. I am a touring musician and have been to many states & many bagels places including this chain. So far, they are def the most unpleasant & slow ‍ Just spare 30 min if you want a breakfast sandwich.Food: 2/5
