Love this Einsteins.Im here every week and everyone is super Awesome including the store manager.The only issue I ever had was a terrible attitude from the blonde shift Manager( Amy ?)who was incredibly rude about the new flavored iced coffees.She felt it necessary in an aggressive tone to make it clear that the coffee wasn't flavored but if I wanted to I could add syrup.if I wanted to. she stressed that last part twice. Mind you I ordered the drink specifically that I would like a Caramel Iced Coffee.after her aggressive correction on how to order the coffee I said yes I wanted her to add the syrup..she continued preparing it without it and making it seem in general that the Iced coffee prepping was alot of extra work and seemed really annoyed.i pointed out that I wanted to add the syrup yes..which she again gave me an attitude and finally made the coffee flavored.We(my boyfriend and I) were just in complete shock at this woman's general aggressive and negative attitude with ordering a simple Caramel Iced Coffee.Mind you we already new about the promo because we were at the Einstein's in College park and they called it A Caramel flavored Iced Coffee.and it's promoted that way all over the store.We then witnessed Amy doing the same thing to another customer.She really should not be in a customer facing role or manager for that matter.Now I cringe whenever she's at the register.Her attitude is like nails on a chalkboard.

Bagels are the best I've ever had from a chain but the strawberry banana smoothie tastes gross! Its too sweet and there are chunky ice pieces that get stuck in the straw. The parking lot is tiny and can be hard to miss since it's on the corner, on the upside there's plenty of seating with tables and bar style work area.

Always fast unless guy in front decides he wants 6 sandwiches and didn't decide to call first.. Crowded certain times of certain days still not very loud. Great food and coffee, nice emplyees, relaxing music.

Another chain restaurant that had gone the wayside, Einstein Bros used to have fresh food items but now most items are prepackaged grab n go fare. I miss the fresh bagel dogs, not the day old ones you reheat in a toaster or microwave. This location is usually quite busy for breakfast and lunch, and the staff is friendly. If you know what you are expecting, you'll be fine going here.
