I like coming here before work. It's a quick and tasty breakfast. Prices are fair too, i can get a bagel with cream and an apple juice for about $4. Customer Service is great as well...cashier always has a smile on her face and my order is out fast.

Reading bad reviews made me nervous. Opened at 5:04. Close enough. Attentive service while trying to get set up. Service with a smile. Accurate order processed. All good! Be reasonable and your experience will usually be ok. This is a hangout for lots of Uber/Lyft people who are in no hurry. Let them know if you want quicker service.

Good Bagels, quick and cheap not usually so crowded good place to chill out. I really like the garlic cream cheese that they spread evenly on my bagel just the way I like it

This is a franchise Einstein location. They don't have everything others may have. After the bad reviews, I watched the employees behind the counter and the interactions with customers. All good. Ordered a bagel. Got a bagel. Cashier was friendly and offered a short upsell to coffee. Nope. Just the bagel, and it came out quick. I give it 4 stars simply because they needed some restocking up front and a hired service worker was fixing their Coke fountain machine, but they were also all busy. Besides, 5 is for exceptional!

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese everything bagels neither one had bacon. One was plain. Asked the drive through attendant to reconfirm my order just to be sure and still screwed it up not the first time they have screwed up my order at this store but for sure the last.
