I will NEVER return to this location again. There weren't that many customers in the store at 8:15a.m. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. When I went to go get coffee, the regular brew was completely out. I said something to the girl that was restocking the napkins and straws. When I told her that there was no coffee, she said ok, but that it was going to take 7-10 minutes to make. I went to the counter and asked for the manager. He came out from the kitchen and he was extremely rude. He had a scowl on his face, like I was really bothering him, and this is before I even said anything to him. I asked for his name, and he refused to give it to me! He told me to "call corporate if I wanted it"! I asked him why, at 8:15 in the morning, was there no regular coffee. He looked at me like I had asked the most ridiculous question and he said (I kid you not) "Is that your only problem? Because if it is, then you have bigger problems than that!" I asked him to repeat what he just said. I was in shock. He went on to say that someone had bought 3 boxes of to go coffee and that's why the urn was empty. I asked him why no one had bothered to make more coffee, and now I was having to wait 7-10 minutes for it to be made when I really didn't have time to wait. He pretty much laughed in my face, at which point I gave him my food and asked for my money back. I called the corporate number and spoke to a young lady. She seemed shocked at what I had to say. She promised me that I would be hearing from a district manager. She took my phone number and e-mail. Not only did I not hear back from anyone that day, I didn't hear from anyone the following day, or even a week later. Obviously my business means nothing to this chain. I will not spend my money here again. I will share my experience online and with friends and co-workers. You don't treat people the way I was treated. When your business consists of coffee and bagels, I don't think it's right to make a customer wait 10 minutes for coffee to be made, especially when they knew they didn't have any! .

Staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. My only dislike is that they never seem to cook enough bagels and run out of the good ones before noon almost every time. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

Went in today and although the food was fine the service was subpar. One employee in particular was incredibly obnoxious. I didn't catch his name but he was playing on his phone while leaning against the display case in view of customers, making inappropriate jokes with a female employee and cussing within earshot of us. I ordered a coffee and had to wait for the one I want to be brewed and no half and half was out I had to ask for it. Although the female employee was very helpful when I asked for milk and for them to brew another pot of vanilla hazelnut I still feel like those things should have been ready when I ordered. I understand I came in later in the afternoon but there was still 2+ hours before closing time. I will most likely be making the drive to Flower Mound from now on for Einstein's.

The bagel sandwiches are very good but pricey unless $5.50 is normal for a bagel egg sandwich. The coffee usually is fresh but caught this one in Coppell two hours before they closed and the medium breakfast blend was stale, no creamer; and no dark roast. The employees said it was too close to closing to make and fresh coffee. I'll stick to Starbucks for the coffee least it's not too much of an inconvenience to get fresh coffee in the afternoon.

This has to be the worst store in their chain. Always has 5-6 employees behind the counter, but slower and worse than locations with a staff of 2. Run out of garlic bagels everyday by 9:00 am. Messed up my order again after stating it no less than 6 times even while they were making it. Same thing with customers ahead of me and 2 behind me. Prime location in a prestigious area. Such a disappointment and a shame.
