Nice place to have breakfast. Crews are fast and helpful. There's a lady who was pissed because of the empty cream container but the cashier filled it up with a smile. I tried the ham and swiss. Ham was a bit salty for me but its a personal preference. The bagel was good. The place is a bit small. Early in the morning during the rush hours it's hard to find a seat. They have varieties of bagels.

Its 5:57am this beautiful friday September 9th I decided to come in for an early breakfast with my daughter's. 2 males one female were at the register after about 10 minutes of not being acknowledged and being completely ignored by the staff I asked "excuse me are you even open" still no eye contact from them the lady said yes one moment.... unacceptable customer service

Einstein's bagels are the best. They even outshine Panera's. I guess it is because bagels are the main specialty of Einstein's. Whereas Panera has to sell sandwiches, soups, flatbreads, freshly baked breads, and salads as well.

The place is in disarray. We went in Sunday at noon and the women working there shouted at us to see if we wanted anything, but would immediately turn their attention away. We ordered coffee, but the woman at the register wouldn't hand us any cups, so we just took them. Every table was dirty even though only two other people were currently eating and nobody was ordering before us. The coffee station was equally messy. Poor service, poor quality, not going back.
