Eistein is a good bagel chain. However, the service at this location was aweful. The young lady that waited on me just needs more
 customer service training with a better attitude. I am sure she will do fine after that!

My bagel sandwich was nearly inedible. The bacon was as tough as beef jerkey, and the bagel was extremely hard -- probably because it was microwaved. It was all way overpriced (because it's at a travel stop.) Should have just gotten a Starbucks sandwich instead.

Man did not wash his hands.or use gloves. He was unkept.

The bagel itself was good, but I asked for the Italian tostini without pepperoni. It came with plenty of pepperoni and only one measly roasted pepper strip and two spinach leaves. When they made it, most of the veggies fell off and left me with a protein and carbs only meal, essentially. Very disappointed.
