Delicious fried chicken! We split a chicken and an order of okra, and it was ample for 2 people. If you are looking for fine dining, this is NOT the place, but if you just want good food you're in luck. No plates and no need for forks because it's all about eating with your fingers... plenty of napkins available! No idea about dessert or anything else they may serve, and personally, I am not at all a fan of the Styrofoam drink cups, but the chicken and okra definitely rate 5 stars!

Please people, don't buy into the hype. This place has good chicken, I will give them that but $14.00 worth? Plus $1.50 for a canned soda. I'm sorry that's too much. Also I saw no sign or warning that they only accepted Cash or check. They did offer their ATM in the corner, but I wish they made an effort to tell their customer about this particular detail before you order. Overall, not a place to go by yourself. I may have had a different experience with a group but I still believe their prices are too high for what little they serve.

Excellent chicken. Only side is okra. Soft drinks come in cans with a cup of ice, so no free refills. There is also beer here. In addition to the chicken and okra, you can get a roast beef sandwich, a BBQ sandwich, nachos, chili, and frito pies. Meals come with pickles and onions. That's it. The reason to come here is the chicken, however, which is always worth the drive. Bring cash or a check.

Hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. As good as any cast iron chicken I’ve ever tried. Don’t expect much more than the fried chicken. They have nachos and a BBQ sandwich, both of which I haven’t eaten. I do wish they had sweet tea. Cash only, so have it ready.

Chicken and Okra were both great. Pickles were a good extra. Bring cash. They don't take plastic "sweetie". Watch your speed coming over the overpass coming into town, there is a speed trap on the other side. Well worth the trip. Check out the surplus store on your way home its worth your time.
