When I went for the first office visit the staff was wonderful. The wait time to see the Doctor was way too long with the room being hot with no air....... then to try and follow through with anything..... has been impossible. When I call I am placed on hold for forever with no one checking in. The staff never knows where the Doctor is, Sherman Oaks, or Van Nuys. The office staff, one person in particular, Lisa was SO rude on the phone over and over. All of the calls go to Sherman Oaks and then they transfer you to Van Nuys if they don't know what to do. Talk about unprofessional...... I am ready to move on. And Dr. Allen is slow as molasses doing a job that should be automatic.

I bring my kid here for his check ups because Dr. Gutierrez is very good. 
But if it wasn't for her I wouldn't come here. 
The nurses all have an attitude and are not patient with the people. 
I have seen many nurses argue with people and it's just not a good clinic. Its very icky and dirty. nurse Erica is the worst. She has this bitchy attitude and I remember being in line and the 2 people in front of me argued with her and she ended up arguing with me too. She was very rude and doesn't pay attention to detail. 
But this clinic is very bad and the nurses always seem to say there is something wrong with medical when there is nothing ever wrong when I call. I have been denied being seen with an appointment when I went pregnant. It was the worst. 
Don't get me started on their women's center a block away. Just stay away from this place . sucks so bad.
Anyways the wait times are very long even with an appointment. The standards for this place is very low. Eisner is one of the worst clinics I've ever been too.

Don't waste your time!! I was seen by a P.A that was not even licensed yet!! She had a serious God complex going on. I went in for a chest infection and was told I had a cold.  No antibiotics were prescribed.  Because I felt so unwell (and know my own body), I went elsewhere.....gee.....bronchitis!! Antibiotics and 2 puffers.  Go back to school!!

Worst clinic ever! My son had bilirubin last week so they sent him here for a follow up at 9:00 a.m its 12:00 p.m and he hasnt been seen yet. First and last time i bring my son here!
