Zumba Gold: Perfect for the beginning Zumba student, the older active individual, or someone starting their fitness journey.

Zumba: We dance, we sweat, we have fun! Join the dance fitness revolution in it's most popular iteration, Zumba! We have a variety of instructors, try them all and find your perfect flavor!

Zumba Toning/ Zumba Gold Toning: It's not just dance, but also adds repetitive toning moves to get your body sleeker, and really put the Fitness into Zumba Fitness. If you haven't tried it yet, you will be amazed at how much stronger you feel, still while enjoying the same Zumba Fitness party you love!
