When morning the death of my grandma we had spoken with a lady who was very rude, uncompationate, and mean. She never once tried to comfert my mom. She did not listen to the situation my family was in. It very much sounded like she was just trying to get us done and over with to go home.

Craig the owner did an excellent job in all aspects of the process. I felt no pressure to spend more than the stated price. I'm glad that my hometown of Placerville is being so well served. The other funeral homes charge far more and lack any hometown feel.
