Green chilie very good and tastey best chicken tacos .... and burritos

While quite the dive, I saw nothing that gave me qualms about eating there. The green chile was great. Quite a nice drive from Abiquiu and a neat little village to visit, too. If you like NM food, you will not be sorry.

This place is filty! Nothing wrong with a dive, if the place is clean and the food is good. The food is average New Mexican cuisine. actually below average, Cheese whiz in burrito's!!! YUK!  Very soupy green chile. The waiter's shirt was filthy and he seemed like a drug addict and with missing teeth.  The health department should be called!

I have eaten here many times since moving from Santa Fe to Abiquiu.  It's some of the best food in the state.  Love their red chile and chile rellenos.  The place is usually full.  Price is right.  No wonder Gourmet Magazine, Travel and Leisure and the New Mexican magazines have written up this tiny place as a real gem.  It's clean and reputable.
