i usually dont do reviews however i was a bit upset with this order not going to lie. I work in this mall so they usually don’t disappoint but today I was craving a cubano really really good but they didnt have cubano’s at 1 in the afternoon on tuesday? thought it was weird but decided to try something new which was this sandwich, which honestly only thing that was good was the pickles …. and was given TEN PIECES OF COLD FRIES ate half the sandwich and 4 fries cause i was genuinely hungry and spent my last dollars on this meal… lol. yes i counted cause i asked if the meal came with fries and she said yes. shame on the cook who actually served this. it was really disappointing.

I ordered Carne Vierja Combo, fricassê de pollo y Pollo a las finas Hierbas Combo, none of them came as I ordered. The food was cold and spoiled. Too much money for getting hungry and angry.

Best local Cuban sandwich, period. It's the real deal and just the way you want it. I've had it several times now and it's always hearty and consistent. Delicious!Food: 5/5

Ordered two combos- the one I ordered with yucca fries came with plantains instead. Not good. Person who wanted yucca fries is allergic to plantains and could make them really sick. We also ordered rice with our combo and extra rice. The rice with our combo never arrived with the combo. The extra rice that I paid for was the only one in the bag. I just want my money back. Called at 7:55 pm. and nobody answered. They closed at 8 pm I am extremely disappointed. I’m giving them 3 stars because  they’ve done some things right in the past. This one time was not okay, really should ask before substituting, if that’s what happened. Had to throw away the combo and find food somewhere else.

I am from Miami. Since moving to Boston I have asked around for a good Cuban restaurant in the city. I had two different Cubans tell me about this place. I wasn’t sure when they told me it was in a mall. My wife loved the ropa vieja and I had the media noche sandwich. We also got some croquetas de Jamon. It was absolutely delicious. They need to open a storefront restaurant around Boston Common. They will make a killing. If you are reading this as a Cuban then know this is what you are looking for.

I generally don’t do that, but this restaurant deserves all the good compliments! Good food and the attendants are really really really sweet and kind. Loved it        please, keep your restaurant just like these Food: 5/5

I was at the mall, shopping for socks. Big excitement, eh? Got a quick lunch here. It was pretty good for food court food.  Loved the plantains, not too sweet as is often the tendency in the US. The arroz congri was very good as well.  I asked for pork on top. Perhaps it was. It was the only disappointment. Not sure what part of a pig it came from. If I had to guess, I’d say a chicken’s gizzard.  A decent lunch, at a decent price, at a food court, in a mall.

First and foremost, the food is authentic Cuban and consistently delicious. Whether I'm craving a classic ropa vieja, yuca con mojo or croquetas de jamón, they always deliver. If you're shopping in One Square Mall, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit – you won't be disappointed!

Went there for the first time last week.. the service was amazing. I asked the girl behind the counter what she recommended and got just that. Food was amazing. The chicken had so much flavor. Its was a decent portion but super filling so took the rest home. And I've been dying to go back since. The atmosphere is a food court so it is what it is.

Excellent food... they have a great menu of latino/ Hispanic dishes..... i tried a bunch... so far everything great !!!!
