Huge restaurant! Great for parties. Gotta somewhat know where to pull in for parking but doing a u turn wasn't bad. Food was very flavorful!! My honey got the Chili Verde plate and I got the Enchiladas Especial with shredded beef. Service wasn't top notch but definitely no where near my worst. All in all if in Mountain Home again I'd stop!! Feeling very satisfied and VERY full.

Had a hard time finding it but it was so worth it! Food was delicious with a very nice hint of lime. Ambience was good, music wonderful with lots of cumbia, Selena (famous artist) from my youth... I was loving my food as I was moving to the music and singing away... didn't see my waiter too much... but that's ok for me.

Would of liked to have been waited on. Took them 5 minutes to seat us, EVERYONE was doing the birthday song, hard to believe that the hostess was doing the sing along and not taking care of new patrons. Got drinks right away, but after sitting there well over 15 minutes for are order to be taken...we left. Restaurant was only 40% full. We've lived in and around Mt. Home for 40 years and have tried this place numerous times, same everything, poor service and food expensive. Wish Mt.Home had more to offer.

The food was delicious. There were five of us and everything came out hot and tasty. Excellent service and the restaurant is very nice and clean.

Really solid food here. The prices are very fair. There is some flavor accuracy beyond the typical Mexican restaurant. So often you find good flavor in a Mexican restaurant, but you can tell it's assumed that everything will blend in together. Several of the items I tried at El Herradero could hold their own on the plate. The Spanish rice was really good, light and moist. Many places will bring rice that's bland and half burnt because they don't care. Nothing too surprising on the menu, it's just all done really well. I didn't have the lunch buffet, but it looked great. I'm guessing it's a real winner, judging by looks. Waitstaff was pretty unenthused. I think that's really just Mountain Home life and doesn't reflect on the restaurant itself too much. I still took a star off for that because it's hard to tell. The venue is huge. Would be great for hosting events.
