Had an appointment at 12:00pm, but walked in at 11:15. Was seen immediately. Came back at two and walked out with Passport in hand by 3:30pm. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. I was so impressed! Come prepared with all of your documentation. I did not have any problems at all. Thank you to everyone who helped me obtain my passport!

Terrible customer service;. Workers standing around joking while only limited communication is offered to justify a full day of waiting. Clerks put their blinds down to avoid any customer inquiry. Was told computer was "hung up" for three hours. Inquiry of Amy for Director's name came with a blank stare and the first name of her supervisor, then a 2nd name. .. Eva says she is in charge and will do all she could to get the As sport printed still today as late afternoon submittal are questionable. My response, we arrive at 9am thus morning. Eva then blamed tthe time for processing on the HOUSTON office. How in EPA....
