Just tried their Street Corn Double Chicken Chopped Salad. The verdict is in . . . It's outstandingly delicious!! A must try item. This $10.99 salad is generous with chicken and greens. The amount and the assortments of toppings are perfect.  The experience at El Pollo Loco on Auburn Blvd. is far better than Chick-fil-a and Chipotle - hands down.  ALSO, when it comes to pay after ordering at the counter, you are not annoyed by the card reader asking for "tips" before receiving your food. . . What a amazing concept!!  El Pollo Loco got it right and has my loyalty to go there again. Other "fast casual" eatery businesses can learn something from El Pollo Loco, especially in tipping manor.

Overall it's a really good El Pollo Loco. They are open late and their food is fresh and hot. My last visits they didn't offer or give me any sauce plus they no longer offer the stuffed quesadillas.Food: 5/5

I moved to WA in 2008 and really miss there tasty food. So going to VA means stoping at my favorite eating stops. Love it!Food: 5/5

if i would have known they was gonna charge me for sour cream and charge me for ranch for my side salad that was dry as hell i wouldve just went across the street to kikis because that is ridiculous ordered a double chicken bowl and they give you an itty bitty bitty tablespoon of sour cream totally not worth it for the price i shouldve just went to chipotle smh

They’re family meals are delicious if you don’t feel like cooking for your family I recommend you to buy a family meal with the sides and tortillas and salsas family will really enjoy this delicious chicken!!Food: 5/5

Just finished having lunch here today during work break. Awesome, professional, and friendly staff. We were allowed to use our dinner coupon for two. Our table were cleaned. The food taste great.

Best customer service I've had at a fast food place ever. I was greeted by the girl cleaning finger Prints off the front door and immediately at the counter.  The bathroom was cleaner than my house. Kudos El Pollo Loco you guys were amazing
