Placed an online order on my way home. Said it'd take 20 min... my hubby arrived to pick up & they told him they're out of mac n cheese [I had ordered 2 as sides]. It'd take 15 min to make a new batch.. we opted for something else. They scraped the bottom of the barrel to give us one of the two Mac n cheese's ordered. It went straight to the trash, I would have rather had a different side. We got a mixed 12 piece family meal. Besides the breasts, the pieces had small amounts of meat. The salad had wilted greens. Overall we all ate so it served its purpose but not something we'd want to do again anytime soon.

The experience was refreshing. The cashier Suly at the front that took my order was very helpful with food selection and recommended everything!!Food: 5/5

I have been looking for good roasted chicken for years! So happy to find this place after recently moving here. So many places serve super fried chicken, which literally makes me sick! Th is chicken wasn’t greasy and was super delicious!Food: 5/5

WOW! What an awesome experience at this location!  I went to El Pollo Loco to pick up an order for my staff and I had the opportunity to meet Alison! She is the Manager for this location, and she was an absolutely peach! We had a lovely conversation, and she took the time to educated me on her crater service options. I can't wait to start working with her on cratering for Resident Events! Fully recommend taking the experience for yourself!

I had an exceptional experience at Pollo Loco, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Allie at pollo loco at 377.  She was so friendly demeanor and efficiency made my visit enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was accurate and tailored to my preferences. I highly commend her dedication to customer satisfaction, making my time at Pollo Loco truly delightful.

I am so glad this location is open again! The service and food is excellent and believe me,  I have been let down by other locations in the area! Love it.  I will be back.  Don't let me down!
