Story

While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's commitment to fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. They need a manager that cares i recieved my food at 2:19 till now they haven't refilled the sauce are chicken was to dry salad had no taste. Number 1 issue they need good manager how to run this restaurant yhe floors dirty tables had to be cleaned by customers how can anyone run a restaurant like this. January 14 once again here i would of though manager different restaurant different but its the same you have 6 employees with the manager and there are no customers tables are dirty the floor as well they really need a manager that can run this restaurant as a 5 star its 6:58 pm.

Food was ok but the service was way below standards. I've been to many busy Pollo Loco's but this one is definitely not one of my favorites. They are disorganized, slow and have terrible customer service. How do you get a soup and charge for the cotija and cilantro, when they don't charge for it anywhere else? I already pay $7 for a soup and you still sant to charge me for extra? I read the reviews on how they are skimpy on portions, yet I still figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. That won't happen again. I will no longer be coming to this joint!

The staff here is always very friendly. They always greet Guests when they come in the restaurant. The best thing about this location is that the food is always cooked perfectly. The chicken is consistently kept at a high standard and comes out tasting amazing everytime. And El Pollo Loco always offers great food at a great value. This location is amazing. And their lobby is always clean and organized!

I come here often, this location receives a lot of customers, sometimes not enough cashiers, The place is clean, I haven't gone into their restrooms so i'm not sure on that part. The employees there are young so the atmosphere is a vivid one, salsa bar is always being refilled of course because of the people that go there. Also a clean place
