Hands down the best service ever! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant and the food is always delicious! The nicest people work here and they are very professional and friendly! I love this restaurant and the people working there! Favorite hangout in Milford!

Used to be good... Not great. The staff has changed and I think the cooks have too. Gone way down hill in quality. Tortillas are soggy and the "crab" in the seafood is some kind of rolled up whitefish. Sorry guys... I'm done

My first and last visit to El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant was on Aug 27 2017.  It was the first time I tried Caldo de Pollo, and it was amazing!  

Another person in our five-person group ordered the same soup, and my husband tried a little of mine.

There was a secret ingredient none of us tasted!  Food poisoning!  
Wednesday, August 30, 2017 we ALL developed symptoms of food poisoning.  How do we know it was El Ranchero?  We live in two separate states and were there on Sunday visiting family.  Those who ate the soup developed food poisoning symptoms, those who had no soup have had no food poisoning symptoms.

Love this place! Fast and friendly! Food is always cooked as we ask.

The service is fast, the food is great. The staff goes out of their way to help me speak Spanish,...which I haven't since high school. You couldn't ask for better place to eat.

Oh, and they have a patio....!
