To start if there was a way to rate this establishment with ZERO stars I would. It truly saddens me to say that as I have frequented this local chain for the last 5 years. On this occasion my family surprised me at the office and stated that we would be going out to dinner. Once we arrived at the Vinton location we patiently waited to be seated. Once the gentleman at the front finished with a customer he did not so much as great my family as much as just saying follow me. Once seated my family and I again patiently waited for the next 10 minutes for our server to great us all the while watching other parties be seated and receive drinks and appetizers. Once the same gentleman that sat us came around again to bring another table “that was seated after us” their appetizers, I politely asked him why we have been waiting for over 10 minutes and have not seen our server while other tables around us who came in after us were already being served. His reply shocked me “sir for starters I’m not your server, and second are you going to wait for yours or interrupt my guest’s dinner” At that point my wife and I stated that we would be leaving and I asked to speak with a manager. He informed me that I didn’t need to do that as he was one of the owners and his name was Hector. I then stated that I would not be returning to his establishment and he replied that’s ok we don’t need any of your money. My advice to anyone who reads this is, there are many Mexican style restaurants in the area that do want your money and will treat you with respect.

LOVE this place! Great specials and love seeing the friendly staff (they know me by my first name, LOL) To-go food is very quick. Try the Arroz con Pollo or Fajitas, both dishes are excellent!

Not very friendly, lid to toliet paper fell down and hit me on the nose. Food was good.
