On September 26, 2022 I went to eat with 6 members of my family at this restaurant. The experienced we had was horrible. The food was below average in quality. Our food was served cold and the steak I ordered was very rubbery and salty. We complained to the waitress but she completely ignored us. When we were given the bill, The waitress didn’t removed the skinny, rubbery steak off the bill. I told her that we didn’t eat the steak and that we only ate the warm white rice with beans. We felt that we shouldn’t have to pay $20.00 for the steak. I only wanted to pay for the rice and beans because that’s what we ate. I told the waitress I wanted to speak to the manager. She said the manager was not there and that she didn’t know where the owner was either. The waitress insisted that we pay for the steak we didn’t eat. She said that if we were to return to the restaurant again that we will be offered a discount. I did not want that because we’re not planning to ever return to this restaurant. They began arguing with me, saying that they can’t do anything about it, that I have to pay the total amount of the bill. They were rude, argumentative and nasty towards us. I kept saying, I’m not paying for food I didn’t eat, that was cold and tasted horrible. They didn’t care it was so terrible and poor quality! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anybody, not even to a dog. The food was very poorly made, the service render was very below par. To anyone thinking about going to this restaurant, you will be dissatisfied, disappointed and disrespected.
I really enjoy food taste here. I miss the buffet style eating area but oh well, everything changes in life and we are out to adapt to things as impermanent. Some serves are very nice but some others don't pay a lot of attention to what they're doing and sometimes end up bringing to your table someone's else it's food, this situation happened to me thanks God my friend and I didn't touch the other people's food. Overall everything else is great!!!!
I made an order on Uber eats and received the wrong meal. I called to ask if they could prepare me the correct order and I’d go pick it up as Uber eats didn’t want to refund me my money. Rosa the rude employee I spoke to told me the guy that prepared my meals was gone for the day that i had to call past 5 because they didn’t have a manager at the restaurant at the moment. When i asked her how it was possible i had to wait over 4 hours to talk to someone not even what i wanted she told me there was nothing else she could do. That preparing me my correct order to pick up wasn’t an option. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I’m all about supporting small business but this is not ideal customer service. My husband loves ordering from this place but this will definitely be the last time I support them.
Great food, great ambiance, amazing food with large portions and very flavorful. Excellent customer service and attention. Highly recommended, will definitely return!
Great place to easy grab some Dominican food if you don't want to wait too long. They guanabana juice was on point. My only problem is that the empanadas are cold and not fresh. They need a better system to keep them soft and fresh.
I wish I had this restaurant close to my place. I wouldn't need to cook. Food was delicious. I was told that it becomes a dance club at night on weekends.
Great music for dancing and alot of good food options to choose from. Night scene after 9 to 2am is great for adults to dance, drink and vibe. During the day its more family friendly. Security is always ensuring location stays safe.

How can this restaurant have such a great rating. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and so were the alcapurrias. The shrimp empanadas had a lot of liquid. I spent $70+ and it was a total waste. Most ended in the garbage.
They're food is so flavorful and at such a good price. Good place to come. If your looking to eat whole foods instead of fast food. Its some good cooking up in here.
