Just to give you an idea of how much we liked our service and how highly we think of our dentist and the superb work she does. We drive two hours 1 way to see her. Now if that doesn't tell you like it is, you don't know what your missing!!   A+

BEAUTIFUL OFFICE, Wonderful new staff seriously never judge a book by it's cover. I was skeptical at first but I came in cause I got referred from a friend and do not regret. The first VISIT IS FREE CALL!

I responded to a job post on craigslist in September of 2015 for a front office position with this office. I went to the interview and everything went wonderful, I felt so grateful to have found such a great possible employer, and very excited that she was a hispanic female dentist because that is so rare for our race. She offered me a working interview. I had asked for $13.00 an hour for the working interview and she generously offered $15 instead so we both agreed. It is now January of the following year and she has yet to pay me for 8 hours of work. I have tried to contact Dr. Arciniega on multiple occasions both on her personal and business phone. Her changing receptionist tell me that they will relay the message which i'm sure they do just like I did on the days I was there but like I said she has never responded to me since that day. I will filling a law suit and reporting her to the BBB. 

Now going back to my experience In my one day working interview. I received 2 phone calls and in person complaints from a patient that concerned me. One call was from a law firm asking me to please relay the message that she needed to contact them in regards to a pending court case. They were asking if she wanted to come to a settlement prior to her court case since she had not contacted them at all. The other concerning call was from a previous employee asking if her check was finally in the mail. She stated she had already left two messages without any reply. And the third and final reason why this business and dentist receives this rating is because she did not have a record of the money that the patient payed which understandably made her upset since the amount had already gone up for I have to remain professional at all times and tried to relay this message to Dr. Arciniega, she responded by yelling at me to figure it out on my own because she was with a patient. This happened on 3 different occasions. I never would of  thought that those were all warning signs of the type of business owner she is and the situation I would find myself in. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE MANY REVIEWS ON YELP BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE.

It's rare to find a great dentist, but Dr Arciniega certainly is one.  

I luckily stumbled upon her new office when I first moved to El Segundo and have continued going since.  Her advise has definitely helped me take better care of my teeth and she eased my worries about going to an orthodontist by telling me exactly what questions I needed to ask to make sure I got the best care.  

The office is just as nice as in the pictures and I believe they had actually used it to film a TV episode too.  If you need a distraction while getting a filling, they have modern amenities such as a television on the seat with headphones.  

If you're looking for a new dentist, this would be a great place to go.
