So the place isn't all that but it does offer people a place to go or stay at a decent rate. For those who are low income or kids starting out in life.. This place would teach you how to more economical and so much more.

Trashy but always has a place to park oh yeah  keep  a good eye open for you stuff to they might try to rob you

Avoid this place. It is a dump. For real there are 3 gutted mobile homes and a pile of junk in the corner lot. The electricity did not work. I had to use a 50amp adapter to plug my 30 amp cord in and no power.  2 men came out to greet me and they were very nice and offered to help. My wife said he'll no, let's go.
1 other man looked high on meth, ran out of his 80s trailer with no shirt on wide eyes like a pit bull. 
When we left a car was.following us, I had to to take a wrong turn and make a u turn for it to stop following.

Scary place, please remove from allstays.

Came in off the road for an overnight. More like a run down trailer park than a RV park. At 5:30 am some tweeker drug my dirt bike out of the back of my truck. Police response was fast, less than 10 minutes. They cought him on the next row. Off to Kern county jail for him. DO NOT STAY HERE
