I have routinely had a good experience with El super but recently I have not been so happy with them. I noticed that the quality of their customer service has gone down drastically. Just today I went to purchase some mangoes, which is the one and only reason I went to the store. I was so disappointed and upset when they refused to honor the price that was listed in their weekly ad. The mangoes in the ad were listed as 4 lbs for a dollar but the manager said that they only sell The Mangos by the count. She refused to honor the price even though it was clearly written in the ad. Clearly they don't have any regard for good customer service because they did not consider the whole point of a GD ad- to bring customers to the store. And so what I'm seeing is that they don't want my business. That's fine, I'll gladly take it elsewhere. Koo

They open only one or two checkout lines in the morning. There were about 20people waiting in the line this morning around 0745 and the cashier decides to leave to get cheese for a customer. Very poor service. I ended up leaving without buying anything after waiting for 15 mins in the line. I had to dump my cart because I didn't want to get late. Produce and price is great!

El Super is the best food market I've been to. Their costumer service is great they'll help you find your needs. I had nothing but good experiences there. Their environment makes you feel welcome and at peace. I love all their ranges of food variety, they keep everything fresh. I hope this review helped you out ☺

The meat department had a supervisor who seemed more like a guard, the bakery was beautiful, the produce was well stocked. The security man stares at the customers making you feel very uncomfortable. The lines had 20 people waiting. The cashier did not greet, smile, or talk. Instead of running the store like a prison, you should give the employees a better work environment and allow them to feel happy at work and provide good customer service.

I went to El super today to buy meat and other groceries. I was gonna buy 16lbs of meat that was priced at $1.59 lb when the meat guy handed it to me the price on the tag said 2.29. He then said the price change and they forgot to change it. I talked to the meat manager and he said there was nothing he could do. That he could only give 1lb at that price. If it's tagged at that price you have to honor it in my opinion.
