We had an excellent experience working with Ryan Spence on a new pickup purchase long distance. We received a fair price for our trade over the phone with just my description and a few pictures. We drove 4.5 hours (hard to find model) and after a quick inspection of our trade, the deal was done. No surprises, no changes. An awesome experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and Ryan and this dealership was the best experience, especially given the distance involved.

ELCO was great, especially Rick. We started and ended our vehicle search with ELCO, after visiting several other dealerships we found ourselves right back there. I came and knew exactly what I wanted. Vito was very easy to deal with. When I told him I what I needed, he delivered. Sveta in financing did a good job of explaining all of the available coverage for my new car. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by ELCO Chevrolet for top notch service.

I spend a lot of money here and the service dept is great. The service manager quickly resolves any issues, if any. My Cadillac is older so for major repairs this is where she goes. I am always able to get a loaner they are excellent in that area too! Couldn't give 5 stars because I often spend thousands at a time. I have taken it to a Firestone for some of the same repairs exceptionally large difference in the amount charged.
