Hackman & Phillips Elder Law RI LLC provides services in the areas of law which focus primarily on estate planning, Medicaid, and long term care planning, probate administration, guardianships, as well as debt relief and consumer bankruptcy.

Our rates are fair and competitive. Most of our legal fees are “flat rate” fee based. The amounts vary depending upon the nature and complexity of the case. All fees are set forth in an employment agreement with our clients and, when retained, we apply the consultation fee to the overall retainer fee.

The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The Court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of practice. We are a debt relief agency. We help people file bankruptcy under the U. S. Bankruptcy Code.
