My family has been a customer for what I’m sure is more than two decades. Dr. Thompson and team have always been incredible, treating our four legged members just like they were their own. We have a new addition, and though I’ve moved further away, we’ll continue to use Eldorado Animal Hospital.

Dr. Thomson is a wonderful Vet and person.  He is soft spoken and very kind to the animals.  No one better.

We have been using this practice for over 15 years  ago starting with Dr. Thomson . Having the addition of Dr. Rogers in 2006 when they moved to their new office has been wonderful addition as well.  
They both have been great for all of our scheduled routine visits.  Even more impressive to me is their accessibility, prompt response and follow-up for those unanticipated emergencies that can occur.  Both with our first dog in 1999 and then our current terrier in 2012 we have had several situations where immediate medical attention has been needed and the care they received was fantastic.  Having a first-class Veterinarian is important but it's also the skills, knowledge and working relationship among the other staff members that really contribute to the overall quality in this exceptional practice.
 Since 1999 Eldorado Animal Hospital in McKinney has been providing this kind of  5-star service to both our dogs and our family.

Best vet clinic around, hands down. Had to switch from a nightmare clinic, and was super nervous to get a new vet. Instantly we felt taken care of and in good hands. Dr. Thompson is so caring, and his staff are of the highest quality when it comes to support. I just had to put down my 14 year old boxer, and they made things so simple and gave me their full support the whole way. They even went so far to send me a card signed by everyone in the office, telling me how much they care and how sorry they were for my loss. That to me was unreal. I haven't seen Dr. Rogers In action but I can't imagine she'd be any less brilliant than everyone else in this place. I wish there was a 6th star to add in this review. Dr. Thompson and company, thank you for your amazing service to our animal family members. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Rogers and her team were so kind to our dog during her last two weeks. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and cares for owners and pets.
