First appointment for a quote, the electrician didn't show up. Apparently never got the appointment. Second appointment, showed up, was nice made suggestions based on our house's construction (built in 1900), didn't leave an estimate for anything other the time it would take to complete. Implied cost estimate would be sent via email. Over a week went by no cost estimate via email, USPS, or even a phone call. Checked in. Didn't get a response until the next day, promised I"d have a quote by the end of the day. Two days later and we still haven't gotten the quote. Moving on to another electrician in hopes to find someone who can be more timely.

Elect-Tech is a local company that is dedicated to their customer base.  Their level of detail and dedication to customer service is simply the best we have experienced in a long time. Elect-Tech has done a super job with with all of of home projects which include a bathroom remodel, above ground pool electric installation and for a transfer switch for our house. So good that we also had them do a rewire for our Church.  We can't say enough about the quality and timeliness of their service.  Thanks again Elect-tech!
